After this initial process staff are inducted to the service over a 6 month period which includes mandatory and NVQ training. This procedure exceeds the national minimum standards and CSCI regulation.
Many Care Workers may also choose to specialize, and grow their expertise with particular service user groups, for example, those with complex needs or Learning Disabilities. Our Care Workers are encouraged to enhance their skills in providing care and support for individuals with wide-ranging care or support needs.
